Jobvious’ concept was formed as a result of its founder’s journey over three decades within the complex realm of contingent work. A pivotal realization struck Brad Beach: the prevailing model governing how vendors supply talent to clients, and the subsequent management of that talent, was not sustainable. The year 2018 marked a turning point as it became glaringly evident that profit margins were dwindling while the costs associated with every placement were skyrocketing.

Confronted with this challenge, Brad embarked on exploring the concept of referral bonuses . However, the landscape revealed a lack of enthusiasm among employees when it came to proactively seeking out candidates for a one-time payout of $2,500. It was during a reflective Uber ride one night that a profound question surfaced: "Could we forge a staffing business that mirrors the revolutionary Uber model?"

Motivated by this vision, three years of tireless research and development ensued. Today, we are thrilled to announce that not only can we, but we have ! Introducing Jobvious—a paradigm-shifting venture in the staffing realm that embraces the spirit of innovation and efficiency.   1. Jobvious is your VIP pass to find your next job. It's a social platform that connects job opportunities with the perfect candidate - YOU.
  2. Jobvious works by allowing companies to post job openings free of charge. Network Champions are then able to refer members of their network to open roles. Jobvious also utilizes the expansive networks of Network Champions to automatically match open roles to qualified candidates. Network Champions get paid for every hour their connection works if their referral is hired and companies only pay once they make a hire.
  3. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! Sign up or receive an invitation from a current Network Champion. Create your account. Start inviting everyone you know to join your network! Act fast as members can only be part of ONE network.
  4. Jobvious is the only platform that allows you to refer your vast network of colleagues, friends and families to open roles while getting continuously paid for every hour they work once hired. Who doesn’t love some passive income?!
  5. A Network Champion is any Jobvious user who has invited others to join their network and refers those network members to open roles.
  6. To expand your network, consider reaching out to individuals you've connected with in past workplaces, during your time at college, and also among family members, friends, and other acquaintances.

     
  7. First, let them know you just signed up for this new platform, Jobvious, where you can get job offers AND make passive income through referrals.

    You can explain how companies will post their openings into the platform, then Jobvious technology matches them to all qualified participants. 

    The type of positions will range from manufacturing to finance, remote to onsite, all across the US.

    Be sure to let them know that if someone in their network is a match, they will be notified of the job details. If their connection is hired, Jobvious will pay them the equivalent of 10% of their referral’s hourly rate for every hour they work as long as they’re in the role! By the way, that doesn’t come out of their friend’s check.

    For instance, if they refer someone to a position that pays $30 per hour and their referral gets hired, Jobvious will pay them $3 per hour, which is $120 per week!  If the person keeps the job for one year, they will make over $6 thousand just off of one referral.  Now imagine having multiple referrals hired, the sky's the limit! 

    Now, your friend might be wondering…what if there is a job that matches their skills and interests. Jobvious will notify them and they can also be referred!

    Lastly, remind them to sign up for Jobvious using your referral link to start creating their own network! 

    And remember, a person can only belong to ONE network, so they’ll need to invite everyone they know, and fast!

     
  8. To share your referral link, head to your dashboard and click on the orange “Invite Someone” button. Here you have two options: simply click to copy your unique referral link and share it via text, DM, or anyway you prefer! Or if you’d rather have Jobvious take care of sending an email invite, just enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click send - we will handle the rest! Remember to connect with your friends & family to ensure they received the invitation and sign up to join your network!

  9. If you need to withdraw your application, email us at contact@itsjobvious.com with the position you need removed from and we will ensure your application is withdrawn.

  10. If someone in your network is a good match for an open position on Jobvious, you can simply click “Refer Now” and let Jobvious handle the rest. Be sure to stay in contact with your referral before, during and after the referral process.
  11. You will receive weekly payments via direct deposit for as long as your referrals are working in the the jobs they got Jobvious.
  12. Contract positions, often referred to as contingent labor, involve workers who are employed by a staffing agency but are assigned to work at various companies. These workers are not permanent employees of the company where they are placed; instead, they remain on the payroll of the staffing agency, which handles their compensation, benefits, and employment terms.

    The workers may fill short and/or long-term roles, work on specific projects, provide additional support during peak business periods, and be considered for a permanent position. Contingent labor through staffing agencies allows businesses to adjust their workforce based on demand without committing to full-time hires, while workers can gain experience, earn income, and potentially be considered for permanent positions.

  13. Once you are pinged to refer someone from your network for a job they match, you will also be informed what will be your hourly pay if that person gets hired. Usually your pay will be 50% of the margin between bill rate and pay rate after burden deductions.
  14. Burden is the payroll taxes, Medicare and expenses related to patrolling that person.
  15. Actively looking: When you're actively searching for new opportunities, your Network Champion can refer you to any opening that you’re matched to. You will receive a notification once you’ve officially been referred to the hiring team.

    Passively interested: If you're interested in new opportunities but prefer a more selective approach, your Network Champion will seek your approval before referring you to a job. 

    Inactive: If you're not currently seeking opportunities, you can choose not to be referred to any matched jobs. However, you still have the option to express interest if your resume aligns with a job in the future.

  16. You will get paid 1099 unless you too have already gotten a job via Jobvious, then you can get paid as a W2.
  17. You will need to start by uploading your resume to your Jobvious profile. Jobvious technology then scans its database of open job positions and compares the information in your resume to match your skills and experiences. If your resume closely matches the requirements of a job position in the database, you'll receive a notification within the Jobvious platform that informs you about the job opportunity, where you can express interest to be referred.

    Additionally, you should encourage those in your network to upload their resume so that they can also be matched to open job opportunities. The more connections you have means greater chances of job matches and kicking off your journey to extra income.

     
  18. Stay in contact with you Network Champion to stay up to date on current open positions that match your skills and interests. Your Network Champion is able to refer you.
  19. If the company is interested in interviewing you for a role, you will receive a notification within your Jobvious profile. Your Network Champion will also be notified of this interest and can help you prepare for any upcoming interviews.
  20. Yes.
  21. If your Network Champion becomes inactive for a period of time, Jobvious can assist you in transitioning smoothly to another Network Champion. Contact us at contact@itsjobvious.com if you’re in need of assistance.

  22.  You can only be part of ONE network with Jobvious. Stay connected with your Network Champion to ensure they refer you to the jobs you’re interested in.

     
  23. Jobvious is a social network designed to help you monetize your existing network of friends, family, and coworkers. You can earn passive income and reap financial rewards by referring candidates and participating.
  24. Absolutely! Jobvious identifies matches and refers candidates for you. If anyone you refer gets hired, you get paid. The larger and more diverse your network, the better!
  25. Actively refer candidates that haven't been matched yet. The more involved you are, the more opportunities you create for yourself and your network.
  26. If your referral is hired, your job is done! You will begin receiving weekly payments for as long as your referral works in their role. How easy is that?!
  27. You can use Jobvious as an annuity, leaving it to a loved one. Your network has value with the potential to increase, creating a continuous stream of passive income.

  3. Simply enter a position in our client portal or schedule a meeting with us to begin the integration process with your VMS or HRMS. Once integration is complete, all requisitions posted in the VMS or HRMS will flow seamlessly to the Jobvious platform and begin matching qualified candidates.

  4. There is no limit to the amount of roles you can upload to Jobvious. With our expansive network of candidates, there is sure to be a match for your role.
  5. There is no cost for implementation & utilization of the Jobvious platform. When you make a hire through the platform, Jobvious becomes the EOR and applies a nominal mark-up between 34%-36%.

  6. You will only be charged once your company makes a hire through Jobvious. If your company hires a referral, you will be billed a nominal one-time flat fee for salaried direct hires, and contingent/project personnel will be billed hourly on a weekly basis.
  7. You pay Jobvious a one-time fee of 3.5% of the offered compensation for salaried jobs.
  8. Yes, Jobvious oversees the complete candidate life cycle, from the initial interview through onboarding. We also manage all employee relations throughout the contractor’s assignment.

  9. Yes. You can hire candidates directly through Jobvious for a one time fee.
  10. Absolutely. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance, along with the added benefit of passive income earnings.

  11. There are multiple ways to upload your open roles through Jobvious. You can connect your existing HRMS or VMS to the Jobvious platform and upload multiple jobs that way, or you can upload roles manually.
  12. Posting a job opening is easy! Simply follow the steps to create a new opening position on your company homepage, igniting the process of identifying qualified profiles throughout all our networks.

  19. Yes, when you get hired for a position via Jobvious you will be informed of all the benefits you will get. Most frequently medical and PTO but varies by company you will be hired to work on.
  20. Whether you're hiring contingent associates for RN’s, Data Engineers or warehouse labor, Jobvious has you covered. Our revolutionary solution helps you find ideal candidates, manage pre-employment screening, and even handle payrolling for contingent/project hires.
  21. Jobvious automatically matches contractors nearing the end of their engagement to new opportunities. This recommendation is sent to your designated hiring authority, allowing you to retain valuable intellectual capital.
  22. Yes, Jobvious offers customization options to tailor the platform’s features and user experience to meet your specific hiring needs and preferences.

  23. At the clients’ request, Jobvious can prevent internal hiring authorities from referring to their own open requisition, preventing any risk of bias in the hiring process.

  24. If the Network Champion has not previously been a w-2 employee of Jobvious, they will be paid as an independent contractor. Compensation for both hired referrals and their Network Champion will be direct deposited weekly every Friday.

  25. If there is an integration to a VMS/HRMS platform the process will take approximately 60 days, in the absence of an integration the go live process is approximately 2 weeks.

  26. Aside from the technical integration, Jobvious will collaborate with internal stakeholders to compose appropriate language announcing the adoption of Jobvious as the official internal referral platform for contingent requisitions. Following the announcement, we transition to educating & training internal staff.

  27. During the collaboration phase to draft communication we will also determine the client appropriate way to educate internal staff. Historically this has been conducted through a series of in person or zoom presentations/webinars. In addition, Jobvious has a library of educational tools & videos that participants can access at their leisure.

  28. Jobvious routinely reviews high risk requisitions but as of today, we haven’t encountered a requisition we couldn’t support.
